Emma Richardson

Emma heads up our team of Paraplanners and has over sixteen years’ experience in the financial services sector. Highly proficient in SIPP/ SSAS, Emma previously held a specialist role at the Department for Work and Pensions.

Emma has worked at Kellands for six years and oversees the Paraplanning team whist also providing research, analytical and technical support and report writing to the Managing Director and wider team; she also sits on the Kellands Investment Committee. Kellands recognises the importance of developing talent and Emma is an integral part of this, training and mentoring team members and new starters. She also ensures that compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

Away from the office, Emma is an avid Liverpool supporter and follows the National Women’s Soccer League, cricket and NFL. As well as sports, she loves to read, travel the world and enjoys American history and politics.
